I'm very allergic to the following foods. My main reaction is a headache that starts in the nasal cavity and lasts for several hours to several days. I'm most allergic to cow milk. Add a slice of butter to a meal and you'll not only lose me for the next three days to a headache, but I'll most likely make good friends with the closest toilet.
As you go on down the list, my reactions aren't so severe but they all result in headaches. One time poisonings aren't very fun, but long-term poisonings lead to headaches on a daily basis, nasty dermatological problems, and moodiness (everyone's favorite).
- Cow Milk (butter, lactic acid, lactose, whey, cheese, etc.)
- Wheat (bread, pasta, tortillas, pastries, pizza crust, regular vinegar, cereal, most canned soups, etc.)
- Apples (juice, cider, vinegar, etc)
- Olives (oil, canned, green and black)
I try to rotate these foods as much as possible so that I'm not eating them every day.
